Welcome to Navigatiovisto. This document sets out the legal framework, operational guidelines, service boundaries, and obligations governing all interactions, consultation scheduling, and travel arrangements made through our organization. By browsing our website, scheduling an initial consultation session, or proceeding with an in-person appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to adhere fully to these Terms and Conditions.

Section 1: Corporate Identification and Service Overview

Navigatiovisto operates as an international tour planning service provider based in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).

Our digital portal acts as an informational platform displaying various international travel packages, destination highlights, general itinerary frameworks, and service options offered by our organization.

Section 2: Digital Portal Usage and Online Consultation Booking

Our website serves as an initial interface for prospective clients wishing to explore international travel options. The operational workflow for online interactions is governed as follows:

  • Informational Access : Users may freely browse our travel packages, general destination overviews, and fixed itinerary details displayed on the website.
  • Consultation Appointment Requests : The website incorporates a feature allowing clients to book a consultation. During this online process, the customer can select a date, which is the date of the consultation.
  • Free Consultation Booking : The consultation booking feature on our website is entirely free. No fees, deposits, or charges are levied during the online interaction or appointment selection process.
  • Non-Binding Status of Online Requests : Completing a consultation booking on our website does not constitute a final booking, nor does it book travel dates, accommodations, transit slots, or specific tour allocations. An online appointment request merely reserves a consultation slot with our representatives at our Hong Kong office address.

Section 3: In-Person Office Consultation and Plan Customization

All travel plan finalizations take place during the scheduled in-person consultation at our office address: Prince Tower, 12A Peking Rd, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. Here the representatives of the company will understand the needs of the customer and will offer a tailored plan, around the fixed itinerary that has been given in the website.

  1. 1. Fixed Itinerary Framework : The core itineraries displayed on our website represent fixed travel structures. The itinerary cannot be changed during or after the consultation.
  2. 2. Customizable Travel Components : While the foundational itinerary remains fixed, company representatives will evaluate individual preferences and customer needs during the in-person meeting. Customizable components include:
    • Stays and accommodation choices.
    • Meal preferences and dietary requirements.
    • Other customizable parts as per the needs of the traveler.
  3. 3. Price Quotation : The price of the package will be decided and quoted to the client based on the same tailored options and selections made during the meeting.

Section 4: Payment Terms and Booking Completion

To complete a booking and ensure a travel plan is locked, clients must adhere to strict payment rules:

  • Cash Only Requirement : At the office, the customers have to pay the full amount for confirmation in cash only. No other modes of payment are accepted.
  • Prohibition of Alternative Payment Modes : Navigatiovisto does not accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, digital wallets, cheques, or alternative payment modes for initial booking confirmations at our office premises.
  • Booking Completion Status : Once the amount is paid, the booking is complete and the customer can attend the session on the booked date.

Section 5: Cancellations, Attendance, and Refund Policy

Client requests for cancellations or notice of inability to attend must be communicated formally. In case of refunds, the company will offer full refund, if a cancellation is made 48 hours before the scheduled session. Any cancellations after 48 hours mark will result in a deduction of 50% of the paid amount.
